My Story

In 2019 I was pregnant with my first child. I was ecstatic and prepped for 9 months for him to arrive—I picked out nursery items, researched the best diapers, found cute clothes, and took a few hospital classes. However, I read zero books, did not take any baby sleep classes, and did little to no research on baby sleep. I guess I just figured that both my baby and I would figure that part out. Fast forward 9 months and my son was born. I was over the moon! But also had zero idea what I was doing. At the same time as I was becoming a new mom (literally within the same week), the world was shutting down due to COVID. As I found myself in this new role as a mom, I also found myself isolated and without the “village” you hear about so often when it comes to raising kids. Because of the lockdown, I didn’t have other moms to get together with and bounce ideas off of or get advice from. I didn’t have extended family who could come over so I could take a nap. I turned to the parenting world of Instagram and found my own sort of “village” with these expert moms. I will forever be grateful for all I learned from them, especially how to get my baby to sleep. I loved learning about the research behind baby sleep and the techniques that can be used. This became a passion of mine, and I finally took the leap to become a certified baby and toddler sleep consultant myself. I want to come alongside you in your journey of motherhood, whether you’re brand new to it or this is your third time through, and help you discover how life-changing a sleeping baby can be. I want to join you in this crazy thing called motherhood and make you feel just a little bit less alone. I can’t wait to walk alongside you in this process.
