Hi Mama, I’m Courtney. I’m glad you’re here. I know how isolating motherhood can be, especially when it comes to your little one’s sleep. Let me come alongside you in your journey, wherever you are. I am here to support you, educate you, and empower you.
You’ve got this.
My Story
In 2019, I was pregnant with my first child. I spent 9 months prepping—picking out nursery items, researching the best baby products, finding cute clothes, taking hospital classes. But when it came to baby sleep? I did nothing to prepare. I assumed we'd just figure it out.
Then my son arrived, and I had no idea what I was doing.
Within that same week of my son being born, the world shut down due to COVID. As I navigated the newness of motherhood, I found myself completely isolated—no mom groups to bounce ideas off of, no extended family to help so I could take a nap, no "village" everyone talks about.
I turned to Instagram for the village I couldn't have in person—sleep consultants, lactation experts, and postpartum nurses who guided me through the overwhelm. I will forever be grateful for all I learned from them, especially how to get my baby to sleep. I loved learning the research and science behind baby sleep, and seeing how life-changing it was for me and my baby made me want to help other moms experience that same transformation. A few years later, I took the leap and became a certified pediatric sleep consultant myself.
Now, I get to be part of other moms' villages.
Whether you're a first-time mom or this is your third baby, I want to walk alongside you in this crazy thing called motherhood and help you discover how life-changing a sleeping baby can be. You don't have to figure this out alone—I'm here to support you every step of the way.
What Makes My Approach Different
Traditional sleep training often misses something crucial with toddlers and big kids ages 2-7. These kids aren't babies anymore—they have:
Strong emotional attachments to their current routines
The ability to understand what's happening (which can create anxiety or resistance)
Developed opinions about bedtime
A need for autonomy in the process
That's why my approach for 2-to 7-year-olds includes custom prep work before we make any sleep changes.
I prepare your child mentally, emotionally, and physically for what's coming. I mail them a care package with a picture book chosen specifically for their sleep struggles, send personalized videos for encouragement, and create a prep plan based on your child's unique needs.
This builds connection and confidence—so when we implement the sleep plan, they become part of the team working WITH you, not against you. The result? Far less pushback and a smoother, more successful process for everyone.

You can find me chasing my kids around Indy—we absolutely love getting out in our community! Sandbox visits, gardening in our community garden, walking the Monon Trail, and hiking at local parks (bonus points if there's water involved!).
Life Beyond Sleep
My husband and I are high school sweethearts. We met second semester senior year, and I convinced him to come to the beach with me for college in West Palm Beach, Florida (who wouldn't want to spend their college years at the beach?).
We got married at a winery in Leelanau Peninsula, Michigan, where my family has a cottage I've been going to every summer since childhood. Now I get to watch my kids fall in love with the same place.
You'll find me at local coffee shops around Indianapolis—I love trying new spots and supporting local. My go-to order? A cinnamon latte!
