Get Your Evenings Back
(Without the Bedtime Battles)

If bedtime has become a 90-minute battle that leaves everyone exhausted and frustrated, you're not alone. Every family's sleep situation is unique, which is why cookie-cutter approaches don't work. In our free call, we'll discuss what's happening in your home right now, and I'll explain how my approach can help your family.

Why My Approach is Different

Unlike traditional sleep training that focuses only on sleep techniques, I start with a custom prep plan for kids ages 2-7.

Before we make any sleep changes, the prep plan will prepare your child mentally, emotionally, and physically for what's coming. This builds connection and attachment to you, the parents, and helps build confidence in their own abilities.

They become part of the team—working with you toward better sleep, not against you. The result? Far less pushback and a smoother, more successful process for everyone.

A section titled "Here's What We'll Cover in Your Sleep Assessment" listing four points: 1. Your child's current sleep challenges and their causes, 2. How a custom prep plan for ages 2-7 prepares the child mentally, emotionally, and physically for sleep changes, 3. The importance of involving the child for lasting results, 4. Whether a sleep package fits the family's needs.
